Yes, your purchase will auto-renew if you have taken a subscription to Strangercam Premium. If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to our custom support page and enter your payment details. You will then be able to cancel the renewal of your subscription. If you’ve purchased a Diamonds package, you will not be billed again as they are once-off purchases.

2. Can I delete my account?

Currently, you cannot delete your account because we do not store or hold any personal data. We’re continuously improving our systems, and we plan to include a profile deletion option in the future.

3. Can I be unblocked?

Once our review team at Strangercam.com has blocked a user, the decision is final and unblocks cannot be requested.

4. Can I get a refund?

We kindly request that you refer to the refund policy available on our website. This policy provides clear guidelines about the situations where we may issue a refund after a purchase.
